What are the delivery charges for orders?

Delivery charges vary from region to region and country to country. Your shipping will be calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept both PayPal and Stripe. Stripe allows you to use any major credit card or debit card and is a great alternative to PayPal if you do not have an account with them. 

How long will delivery take?

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

  • We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
What exactly happens after ordering?

Where is my product made? 

Once you place your order it’s routed to your nearest distribution / fulfillment centre for processing. If your item is not stocked in your nearest distribution / fulfillment centre its re-routed to the nearest centre with stock.

Print-on-Demand

As mentioned in our FAQ, all our products are made to order, Print-On-Demand. During high volume seasons there may be a delay in processing time to create your product before shipping times are included.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Automated Emails 

Once you place your order you should receive an automated email with an invoice and order #. Please use this order # as a reference when contacting us. It will speed up finding your order and answering any questions you may have.

Please check your spam folder before contacting us. If you’ve checked your spam folder and still can’t find your confirmation email, please contact us and we’ll be happy to forward you the invoice again.
