Which pieces can I redeal?

Clothing, the first time you buy each type from us: your first tee, your first hoodie, your first crewneck and so on. Kids’ and baby pieces count as types of their own. Hats, mugs and personalised pieces aren’t part of it.

Do I send the old one back?

No. Keep it, pass it on, or give it to the cousin it fits.

How long do I have?

Up to 30 days after your order should have arrived. Your code then works for 14 days, on one piece in your new size.

Something wrong with it instead?

Damaged, misprinted, the wrong piece or never arrived: report a problem and we’ll make it right.
