The Redeal: wrong size? We'll redeal.

The first time you buy each type of clothing from us (your first tee, first hoodie, first crewneck and so on), if it doesn't fit, keep it. Give it to your cousin, your nonno, or whoever at the table it fits.

Start your Redeal at scopascopa.com/redeal within 30 days of delivery: pick the piece and the size you need, and you get a one-time code for 40% off that piece in the new size, straight into your bag. Nothing to ship back. One Redeal per type of clothing.

Orders placed on or before October 25, 2026 keep the free size exchange that applied when they were placed: request it on the same page.

Our Policy

Apart from the Redeal, all sales are final, and we don't accept returns for change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted, wrong or missing

If something arrives damaged or misprinted, you got the wrong item, or your order hasn't arrived, tell us at scopascopa.com/report within 30 days of delivery.

• Pick what went wrong and which pieces.
• Add one to six photos of the problem (not needed for a package that hasn't arrived).
• For a package that hasn't arrived, the page shows its tracking and expected date first. It can be reported once that date has passed.

We check every report ourselves and reply within 24–48 hours on business days. If it's on us, we send a replacement at no cost, and there's nothing to send back.
