Our Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.
Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.
Exceptions
We will address issues in the following cases:
- Wrong item received: You received a different product than what you ordered
- Damaged item: Your item arrived visibly damaged or defective
How to Report an Issue
If you received a wrong or damaged item, contact us at support@scopascopa.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Resolutions
If your claim is approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
