Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Final rates are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates

United States: 5–10 business days after shipment
Canada: 7–14 business days after shipment
Europe: 10–21 business days after shipment
Rest of World: 14–28 business days after shipment

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package through the carrier's website.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Scopa Scopa is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@scopascopa.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
